When...
Throughout the summer, Jon Thaxton will be running a series of outdoor fitness camps in Chapelfield Gardens, in Norwich.
Come and work out during your lunch break with the former European Lightweight Champion boxer.
Courses will run for four weeks and will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Each session will last for 40 minutes and will start at either 12:10 or 13:10.
The first fit camp will start on Wednesday 5th May 2010.
Rain or shine we WILL train.

Our aim is to help people get fit, lose weight, tone up and have fun! Train in a team environment and help each other to achieve your goals.
Training will consist or aerobic workouts, circuits, and boxing training.
